Owning end-to-end business both from supply-side of drivers & demand side for B2C customers.

Driver-partner onboarding, Grooming, Training,Training, Process Mangt.

Closely monitoring quality metrics of the drivers and manage overall service quality.

Data Analysis, ojn the ground implementation, and Execution Running BTL campaigns with specicfic measurable goals.

Compulsory Languages to be known : English,Kannada, Telugu.

Location : Bengaluru ( Experience with fleet management & Drivers mandatory.
