Job Description

  • Handle calls.

• MS-Excel knowledge would be Mandate.
• Must have Knowledge of MS-Access & MS Power point.
• Keeping confidentiality of reports.
• Should be able to handle multiple clients, roles, & requirements.
• Minimum 1-year experience in BPO and minimum 1-year experience in WFM/MIS
• Prepare/Develop MIS reports and tools basis Client/operations requirement
• Managing Historical database and looking after catering of data to all stakeholders with 100% accuracy and timelines
• Basic Excel Formula’s (Vlookup, Vlookup Match, CountIF, SumIF, CountIFS, SumIFS, Index, Indexmatch, Pivot Table etc.
• Basic BPO KPIs Shrinkage, Attrition, Unitization, Occupancy, SLA, AHT etc and their calculation.
• Provide official information in form of customize report to the upper management level.
• Co-ordinate with various function teams for collecting data and analyze the various requirement. Good Analytical Skills.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports
• Responsible for Real time queue management
