Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

Vedansh Medicare Private Limited  is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive based in Bulandshahr to generate patient leads for our partner hospitals and build a strong network of sales Partners in the region. This role involves working closely with local health workers, ASHA workers, pharmacies,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Generation:

o Identify and generate patient leads for hospital admissions.

o Work with health workers, ASHA workers, and referral centers to ensure patient referrals to our partner hospitals.

2. Making Partners:

o Recruit and onboard health workers, ASHA workers, and pharmacy stores as our partner

o Regularly engage with our partners to ensure they are actively counselling patients and using Vedansh Medicare  services.

3. Pharmacy and Lab Engagement:

o Visit all pharmacy stores in the assigned region and convince them to join the Vedansh Partner network.

o Build partnerships with Local labs.

4. Reporting & Coordination:

o Report weekly progress to the Manager - Business Development and attend weekly meetings at the head office.

o Ensure clear and regular communication with the head office regarding field activities and challenges.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: Prior experience in healthcare, sales, or business development preferred.

• Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o Ability to build and maintain relationships with health workers, pharmacies, and referral centers.

o Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.

• Location: Candidate must be a resident of Bulandshahr.

• Travel: Willingness to travel within Bulandshahr and attend weekly meetings at the head office.
