Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Passionate about sports and fashion.
• Advanced cross-functional Marketing knowledge and Market experience in sport and/or fashion/lifestyle categories (sporting goods industry preferred).
• Consumer-focused with deep product understanding and an excellent ability to balance brand and commercial aspects to build effective GTM plans.
• Advanced cross functional marketing knowledge and market experience with strong understanding of Retail, eCom and WHS channels in sporting goods, fashion or other GenZ culture brands.
• Exposure to merchandising approach including assortment planning, Open to Buy, launch and exit calendars, rate of sales, and to VM planning & execution.
• Ability to guide optimal range building as per segmentation strategy and option plan (product type, gender, price points) for different channels.
• Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mind-set, ability to think end-to-end.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commercial acumen: Very good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with experience working with a diverse team.
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.

 Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in Business and/or a minimum of 4-6 years equivalent professional experience in product Marketing.
• 3+ years Merchandising experience, ideally in sporting goods or fashion brands on a global scale.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience and passion for sport.
• Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
