POST – LIASONING ARCHITECT (MALE / FEMALE)

- A deep understanding of existing bye-laws and building codes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Professional, Smart and Multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey
information to the Govt. Officials and team.
- Should be well versed with the government portals like BPMS,COPAS etc.
- Well versed with the Architectural drawings/plan and their rules.
- Able to understand and explain the changes which is required by the Authority.
- To understand the regulations, various policies, changes or amendments in
bye-laws with approval of plans.
- May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other
disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
- Checking correctness of drawings as per local Municipal norms, design
co-ordination with external consultant is a must.
