Role description:

• Act as a stream resource on projects to support the successful delivery of specific outputs individually or as part of a team.
• Assist the team by undertaking a variety of admin tasks on a regular basis. There will be a mix of routine assignments plus the opportunity to use initiative and be creative in ways to improve efficiency and performance of the team .
• Help deliver technical due diligence and monitoring commissions to a high quality from specific needs to completion.
• Support Project Managers with the creation of standardized project materials (report templates, engagement letters, NDA’s etc)
• Explore opportunitiues to enahnce processes and procedures in the team to improve efficiency and performance
• Carry out research within client organizations and externally to identify and collect relevant data and information.
• Analyse data to uncover insights that will inform the development of the design of consulting solutions and sales proposals.
• Prepare reports and presentations that can be incorporated into sales proposals and client/internal presentations/deliverables.

Role accountabilities:

• Advanced proficiency with standard desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Understanding of projects, key business drivers, P&Ls
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Attention to detail and consistent high standards
• Highly motivated
• Good communication skills. Excellent written English required. A European language(s) in addition to English is desirable, but not required.
• Effective time management skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Advanced research, data gathering and analysis skills.
• Some knowledge, understanding of at least one of the following expertise areas: business strategy, business planning, economic regulation, asset strategy & management.
• A “Development Management” and “Investment Management” mindset to understand how to provide value to investor clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Finance and commercial awareness (through career experience or academic study or equivalent)
• Two years (or more) business experience in delivering analysis and insights. Freshers may also apply.
