Job Title: Visa Counsellor (Calling Process)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to join our team and provide top-notch support to our customers through effective communication and a confident approach to handling their needs. The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, able to build strong relationships with customers, and have a strong knowledge of the visa process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, providing information on visa requirements, procedures, and related services.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their questions and concerns while providing personalized support to meet their specific needs.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to explain complex information and ensure customer understanding of visa requirements and procedures.
- Confidently promote our services and provide solutions to customers, encouraging them to choose our company for their visa needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information in our database as needed.
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of visa procedures, immigration laws, and relevant policies to ensure effective customer support and sales.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a calling process environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Confident and enthusiastic approach to handling customer inquiries and promoting services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience working with customer databases and/or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of visa procedures, immigration laws, and relevant policies is a plus.
