We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled candidate to joinTechoption. The ideal candidate should possess an extremely strong understanding of voice customer service metrics, with a basic understanding of non-voice channels such as email and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Identify and assess customer needs, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, building trust and loyalty.
- Proactively call leads to generate new clients and contribute to business growth.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers, utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly in English, ensuring effective verbal and written interactions with customers.
- Display flexibility with work hours and be proactive in taking initiatives to meet customer demands and organizational objectives.
- Follow a 6-day working schedule with Sundays off, although flexibility may be required based on business requirements.
- Emphasize and maintain an exceptional level of communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
