Telecalling Manager Job in Lucknow

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
2. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to generate interest.
3. Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
4. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and update the customer database.
5. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

   Qualifications:

6. Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
9. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
