Telecaller Job in Lucknow

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to contribute in generating business for our company.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer

relationships.

An effective candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior interpersonal skills. He

/ She must be comfortable presenting products details over the phone as well as dealing with cross

questions and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the products.

* Answer questions about products or the company.

* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales/ orders.

* Direct prospects to the Team Leaders, when required.

* Enter and update customer information in the Company CRM.

* Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

* Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

* Go beyond the “extra mile” to get extra income in form of incentives and rewards.

* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on the company's CRM.

Requirements and skills

* Proven experience as hardworking representative or other sales/marketing roles.

* Proven track record of successfully meeting KRA/ KPI.

* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)

* Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects/ customers.

* Excellent knowledge of Hindi/ English.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
