Team Leader Job in Mathura

Team Leader की जिम्मेदारी होगी अपनी टीम को मैनेज करना, फील्ड में आउटरीच एक्टिविटी चलाना, नए लोगों को जोड़ना, और संस्था के विकास (Business & Social Outreach) में योगदान देना।

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Team Management:

Field Outreach Executives की टीम को बनाना और मैनेज करना

Daily/Weekly targets set करना और performance monitor करना

Team training, motivation और guidance देना

✅ Field Outreach & Awareness:

Field visits करके लोगों को संस्था के vision, mission और programs के बारे में जानकारी देना

Community meetings, awareness programs और surveys conduct करना

Potential supporters / participants की पहचान करना

✅ Business Development:

New partnerships, volunteers और supporters जोड़ना

Outreach strategies बनाना और implement करना

Assigned area में organization की reach बढ़ाना

✅ Reporting & Coordination:

Daily/Weekly work report submit करना

Management के साथ coordination रखना

Field data और feedback collect करना
