Position: Real Estate Sales Fresher

Salary Range: 15,000-30,000

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team

Job Description:

- Develop a deep understanding of real estate products and services offered by the organization
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their requirements
- Schedule and conduct property tours for interested buyers
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying process, including negotiation, documentation, and closing the sale
- Maintain a customer database and ensure regular communication with prospects and existing clients
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the organization
