Supporting the sales team and facilitating the sales process to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency administrative and operational support sales team, including handling inquiries, managing sales documents and contracts, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases,ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services & coordinating with other departments and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or complaints, and ensuring the satisfaction with the products or services offered & gathering, analyzing data, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with team training and onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively and supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to achieving sales targets and objectives.
