The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, with a preference for those who have experience in the real estate sector. *Key Responsibilities*:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities
- Present and promote the company’s products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Maintain and update client database
*Qualifications*:
- Proven sales experience (2-3 years) in any field; real estate experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
