Work Location: Balewadi, Pune
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Operations Internship.
Role & Responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with customers, Developing new leads, Understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
2. Building instant reports and achieving customer satisfaction.
3. Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
4. Identifying sales opportunities.
5. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
6. Keeping up with product and service information & updates.
7. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
8. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
9. Ready to work in Startup Environment.
10. Taking care of everyday day-to-day lead activity of sales executive.
Mandatory Requirement: Must have knowledge of MS-Excel and Laptop Ownership
Education: Graduate in any management field/MBA-Operation,PGDM-Operation,BBA-Operation
