About this role:

Responsibility Of OSR

 

1.    Collect / receive the weekly / daily forecast plan from customer. / Loading and Unloading RPKs.

2.    Ensure all vehicles reaching Tier1 should have IPS Service Invoice.

3.    Visibly & randomly check the received RPK's for any damages & cleanliness of RPK.

        Escalate the issues if any along with the filled Empty Inspection Checklist received from respective location (IPS Hub / OEM location)

4.    Do scan all the barcodes received.

5.    Update & reconcile the OSR Stock Register (Sub Asset wise) everyday with Physical available.

6.    Monitor the daily dispatches to respective OEM & scan the barcodes of all packed boxes.
