    Key Responsibilities

    Front Desk & Patient Handling
    • Greet patients, attendants, and visitors politely and professionally.
    • Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
    • Guide patients regarding departments, doctors, procedures, and services.
    • Manage patient flow to minimize waiting time.

    Appointment & Coordination
    • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
    • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, and other departments.
    • Handle emergency cases promptly by informing the concerned team.

    Billing & Documentation
    • Generate OPD slips, invoices, and receipts as per hospital policy.
    • Collect payments and ensure proper cash/card handling.
    • Maintain daily cash reports and hand over to accounts as required.
    • Ensure accuracy of patient files, consent forms, and identification documents.

    Communication & Records
    • Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
    • Maintain appointment registers, patient logs, and MIS reports.
    • Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy.
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information (HIPAA/medical ethics compliance).

    Experience
    • 0–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setup.
