Job Description:
MADSmania EduTech Private Limited, an EdTech startup in Mumbai is looking to add an Education Sales Representative to its growing company. MADSmania is an innovative concept to support formal education and personal education built around practice. It has a blended practice solution and offline apps useful for students from nursery to K12, competitive exams, teachers and schools.
Education Sales Representatives are the company's main presence at the schools, coaching / tuition classes we serve (and the ones we would like to serve).
Job Responsibilities:
Call on schools admin, principal, management / owner / trustees to pitch our innovative products and give demos.
Generate leads / assist sales growth within schools (by selling products to students) and in new schools / coaching / tuition centers.
Direct MADSmania resources to exceed customer expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and convenience.
Help based on deep understanding of needs and wants of schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
Must be available for parent meetings.
Education and Experience:
MBA / BBA / Other Graduation is preferred
Good maths background will be an added
advantage.
Sales experience of educational products is also a plus, but is not required if the candidate has a strong desire to learn and give output
Skills and Abilities:
Passion and enthusiasm for education.
Ability to play demonstrates offline apps and provide help to customers during the installation process. Proficiency in social media is a plus.
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi), customer service, relationship, and problem-solving skills.
Daily travel to visit schools / coaching / tuition classes
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is fixed + commission-based with bonuses to reward outstanding performance and sales
Travelling allowance
