CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude.
Work timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Location: Thane (W) Wagle Estate
Salary: 15000-20000
Customer Support Representative Duties:
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets/queries for appropriate resolution
- Provide customer support through phone call, chat and email.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions
- Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions
- Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive
- Contribute to the development of future customer support processes
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers
- Communicate to customers during phone calls
- Verifies customer requests are accurate and consistent.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle renewals and cancellations
- Provide account information and status
- Provide workflow assistance
- Manage all customer issues and requests
- Develop and improve customer experience
Requirements And Skills:
- Graduate in any Degree.
- Fresher or Minimum 1 Year of experience in same Field
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
