Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, providing excellent support and service through both voice. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via Call in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Resolving customer issues to their satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers and establish positive relationships.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of 10+2 passed.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduates pursuing education through correspondence can apply.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 33.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with customer support software and tools is a plus.
- Experience in voice support is a plus.
