Customer Service Executive
Salary: Graduate:18K/ Undergrads:12K
*Working Hours:*8:00 am -10:00pm Any 9hrs
Working Days: 6 days per week (Sundays will be an off)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
* Good organizational and multitasking skills.
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Bachelor’s degree or HSC pass can apply
