Job Profile-

Have to resolute customer’s query Voice Call/Email/Chat
 
Mandatory Criteria-

Min HSC Passed.
Fresher & Experience both can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
Should have not applied for any any interview in last 3 days. 
Customer orientation.
No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy(2mins)

Centralised pick up and drop from Thane Station for Thane office only.
