Job Description :

● To ensure adherence to Compliance, Regulatory and Internal Service standards in the

● branch

● Handling Customer calls & emails.

● Ensure that the necessary documentation is complete and organized correctly

● Manage and deliver prompt service to the customers of the branch while ensuring

adherence to internal standards & compliance norms.

● Achieve desired customer satisfaction levels.

● Ensure smooth day to day operation of branch including office Administration

● Ensuring Clear Audits

Knowledge & Essential Skills:

● Knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)

● Knowledge of processes & regulations in term of Mutual Fund investments

● MS Office
