About Job Role:
The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting channel partners to expand KalingaMart's presence in the industrial machinery market. CTC: ₹3,00,000 PA + Performance-based Incentives
Qualifications:
Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) is a significant advantage for technical product discussions.
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
Freshers with a strong technical background and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new distributors, dealers, and agents across assigned territories.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations of industrial machinery.
Provide initial technical support and product training to new partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
IT & Technical Knowledge:
CRM Proficiency: Basic experience or ability to learn CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) to track leads and partner data.
Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Excel for sales reporting and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
Digital Savviness: Familiarity with social media for lead generation and networking (e.g., LinkedIn).
