Job Title: Business Development Executive – CASA Sales

Job Description:
We are hiring Business Development Executives for acquiring Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA). The role involves 50% field work (customer visits, sourcing new accounts) and 50% inside work (calling, follow-ups, documentation).

Responsibilities:

  • Open Current & Savings Accounts for individuals and businesses

  • Generate leads through field visits and inside coordination

  • Complete KYC and account opening documentation

Eligibility:

  • Any degree

  • Good communication skills

  • Partially field work

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000

  • Attractive incentives – earn above ₹50,000 per month
