  • Making the Project Brief in consultation with developers as per formats
  • Understanding  and preparation of the project details as per bank formats
  • Handholding the developer for the documentation.
  • Co-ordinating with bank officials and agencies for the reports.
  • Completion of post-disbursement formalities and handholding customers in subsequent compliances and disbursement.
  • Handholding the customers for sanction and disbursements
