Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls for both B2B and B2C clients.
3. Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Work independently to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call centre environment.
2. Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills.
3. Age limit below 40 years.
4. Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.
5. Must have a laptop and a broadband connection for remote work.
