We are one of the top CA firm in Mumbai specialized in providing Compliance advisory services, Inspections, Audits of multiple Broking houses, Depository Participants, AMC's, NBFC etc. We have a PAN India presence with more than 300 clients.
About role:
Designation: Audit Executive
Location : Sion / GTB Nagar( Immediate Joining)
Qualification: Specialized in Commerce Background
Responsibilities:
Scheduling of Audit Conduct and execute audits of authorized persons of stock brokers.
Scrutinize the documents and certificates,Examine if an authorized person is functioning as per the SEBI compliance.
Prepare audit findings, write audit reports and develop recommendations.
Outstation audit will be involved where you have to travel to AP's branch ( Within Maharashtra and outside as well) - for which the cost will be bared by the company itself - Once a month
