🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to customers and distributors

• Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups

• Maintaining call records and updating databases

• Coordinating with the sales team

• Promoting company products

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali & basic English

• Confident and polite telephone manner

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

🔹 Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
