काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ: • Shop operations और daily work manage करना
• Sales team और shop staff को guide करना
• New customers, contractors और dealers से network बनाना
• Sales बढ़ाने के लिए market visit और strategy बनाना
• Stock और customer service पर ध्यान देना
Earning Model (Commission / Profit Sharing Based): 💰 Base earning + attractive commission
💰 Sales target achieve करने पर extra incentives
💰 Business growth के साथ income growth
योग्यता: ✔ Graduate / 12th pass (experience होने पर preference)
✔ Sales और team handling में interest
✔ Communication और leadership skills अच्छे हों
✔ Local market knowledge plus point
