About Position:

We are seeking a talented UI Developer with hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in front-end development, REST API integration, responsive design, performance optimization, and modern UI development frameworks. You will contribute to building high-quality digital solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences across web platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Implement modern UI/UX designs while ensuring usability and accessibility standards.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services into frontend applications.
• Manage client-side state using Redux, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable code libraries and frontend frameworks.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and follow frontend development best practices.
• Develop unit tests and support integration testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects, browser compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into responsive applications.
• Collaborate with backend developers and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist in effort estimation, task planning, and release activities.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and application enhancements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in Front-End Development or UI Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Experience building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Strong understanding of Redux, Context API, and client-side state management patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and consuming JSON-based services.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD) principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Next.js and modern React ecosystem frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node.js and frontend-backend integration concepts.
• Experience using Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn, and frontend build tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Understanding of frontend testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and performance optimization practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Passion for learning modern web technologies and adopting industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
