Job Description

Responsibility:

1. SQL & MS Access Database query handling.

2. ERP Product questioner & Handling

3. Address Technical Query of client

4. To forward the core problem of software to the development team.

5. Researching and identifying solutions to software issues

6. Diagnosing technical issues of ERP product & report same to Development team

7. Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams 8. Referring to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
