SQL & MS Access Database query handling.
ERP Product questioner & Handling
Address Technical Query of client
To forward the core problem of software to the development team.
Researching and identifying solutions to software issues
Diagnosing technical issues of ERP product & report same to Development team
Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams 8. Referring to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
