Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive who can create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and digital content to promote real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, content creation ability, and knowledge of real estate marketing trends. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts to promote properties. Develop creative content ideas to generate leads for real estate projects. Shoot property videos (site visits, walkthroughs, amenities, location highlights). Write engaging captions, hooks, and trending content scripts. Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar. Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms. Stay updated with trending audio, hashtags, and reel formats. Design basic creatives, banners, and promotional posts. Coordinate with the sales team to understand project USPs. Track engagement, reach, and lead performance from social media. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube algorithms Creative mindset with viral content thinking Video shooting & editing skills Good communication & content writing skills Basic knowledge of real estate marketing preferred Understanding of paid ads is a plus Preferred Candidate Profile: Passionate about social media trends Confident in front of camera (optional but preferred) Ability to generate creative hooks that attract buyers Target-oriented & performance-focused Why Join Prowave Consultants?
