Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment and Placement

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and placement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, aligning interviews with companies, and building strong relationships with organizations to ensure successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Source potential candidates from various job portals and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific job roles.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.

Provide timely feedback and updates to both candidates and clients.

Placement Management:

Work closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations to create placement opportunities.

Networking and Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture relationships with companies and hiring managers to establish long-term partnerships.

Regularly connect with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and offer solutions.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain records of candidates sourced, interviewed, and placed.

Prepare periodic reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.

Strong understanding of job portals and recruitment tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Goal-oriented and result-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in placement coordination or working with client companies for recruitment.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Salary Range :

Rs. 13000 - Rs. 17000 , based on skills, experience, and interview performance
