Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment and Placement

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and placement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, aligning interviews with companies, and building strong relationships with organizations to ensure successful candidate placements.

• Networking and Relationship Building:
• Develop and nurture relationships with companies and hiring managers to establish long-term partnerships.
• Regularly connect with clients to understand their recruitment

Qualifications
