Rayna Decor is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Salesman for our Pune location. We are looking for a motivated candidate who has strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and explain products confidently.Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable décor solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain proper follow-ups with clients and generate repeat business.Coordinate with the billing and warehouse team for smooth order processing.Maintain showroom presentation and product display.Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor, furniture, or interior products.Strong communication and convincing skills .Presentable personality and customer-friendly attitude.Basic knowledge of billing and computer operations.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
