Application Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting application designs and configurations to facilitate team understanding and future maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input on application feasibility and improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Japanese to support application development and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with software development principles and lifecycle processes.
- Basic understanding of application configuration and deployment practices.
- Capability to work with development tools and environments relevant to application building.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
