Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves coordination with other departments to ensure a positive work environment, recruitment, and maintain employee records.

Qualifications

· Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations and HR Policies

· Experience working with Human Resources (HR) software and tools

· Good understanding of labor laws and regulations in India

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior

· Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

· Effective problem solving and decision-making skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Additional qualifications in industrial relations, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion practices will be an added advantage.
