Key Responsibilities

• • Designing and updating job descriptions
• • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• • Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
• • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
