We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech, coaching, or product-based sales will be given priority.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to convert leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up consistently.
Pitch products/services confidently and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records on CRM and update daily activity logs.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
Build rapport with customers and provide a great experience.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Required Experience & Skills:
6 months to 1 year of sales experience (telesales/inside sales).
Experience in EdTech sales is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).
Confident, motivated, and target-driven mindset.
