A Telesales Executive for loan sales contacts potential clients, explains financial products like personal or business loans, and closes deals over the phone. Key requirements include strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and proven experience in telemarketing. Job Brief We want a driven Telesales Executive to join our loan sales team. You will call prospective clients, pitch various loan products, and guide them through the initial application process. The goal is to hit monthly sales targets and grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads to sell loan products (personal, home, or business loans). • Explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options clearly to clients. • Understand customer financial needs and match them with the right loan scheme. • Handle customer doubts, questions, and objections professionally. • Collect initial applicant details and update customer logs accurately in the CRM database. • Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close the deal or complete documentation handoff. • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily and monthly basis. Requirements and Skills • Class XII or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. • 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in telesales, banking, or financial services. • Good verbal communication and persuasion skills. • Good command of local languages and English or Hindi. • Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Excel. • Resilient mindset with a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
