Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible AC Technician with at least 1 year of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should have good communication skills and strong convincing ability to explain services and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (Split AC, Window AC, etc.).

Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Perform routine servicing, gas refilling, and cleaning of AC units.

Explain problems and solutions clearly to customers.

Recommend required repairs or maintenance services to customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional behavior and quality service.

Maintain tools and follow safety procedures while working.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an AC Technician.

Knowledge of AC installation, servicing, and repair.

Good communication skills.

Strong convincing and customer handling ability.

Basic understanding of electrical components related to AC units.

Ability to work independently and handle field visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience with Split AC, Window AC, and basic HVAC systems.

Salary: As per experience + incentives.
