Responsible for new account acquisition as well as retention of existing account.
Responsible for delivering quarterly achievement as per set target by company management
Handling comprehensive customer profile
Produced daily, weekly and monthly activity reports, sales forecasts
Always work on compliances of organization to get systematic business results.
Implemented process improvements and best practices
Prospects generation, Presentation about company profile, products, services and networks
Sales Reports follow up, collecting outstanding payments and GST certificates, etc.
Responsible for proper documentation like LOI, Agreement, Site Survey Report and deployment chart.
Helping hand to operation team in manpower selection and deployment.
Support to Operation team for maintaining smooth operation at site and client liaising.
Responsible to provide help to Ops team for getting collection on time.
Responsible to share organizational service escalation matrix to client for good retention.
Responsible to pitch other services of Group companies (Cross Selling)
