Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on driving leads, sales, and conversions through data-backed decisions while working closely with senior marketing team members.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels Assist in keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation
Track daily performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards Support A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives Ensure proper tracking using pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters
Write SEO-friendly product titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Optimize listings with relevant keywords to improve visibility and sales.
Upload product images and ensure correct specifications, pricing, and inventory details. Monitor listing performance and update content based on analytics.
Coordinate with the design and inventory teams for product data and creatives. Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, and marketplace compliance issues.
Maintain catalog accuracy and update stock regularly.
