* As per our Gym rules, you are expected to evaluate the client’s fitness level, health conditions, observe the progress of each client, explain how to use Equipment properly and safely and explain the process of exercise in detail.
* Apart from this, you will solely be responsible for advising your clients Good and Proper Diet, how to
change lifestyle if needed, promoting our Gym’s Package and new offers, etc.
* Also you need to research new tools, new exercise techniques, and trends, lead both group and individual training sessions.
* Besides the above-mentioned responsibilities, you need to maintain Good Hygiene, Grooming and Trust-worthy relationship with the clients.
(Personal Trainer have to do 8 hours mandatory shift - whether Split/Break or Straight)
