Job Description: Fresher Fashion Merchandiser (Remote)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fresher Fashion Merchandiser to join our team. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing strategies to promote and sell our products. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that the products meet our customers' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fashion industry

• Collaborate with designers and production teams to develop product designs and specifications

• Create and maintain product development timelines and calendars

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality for materials and products

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for product improvements

• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase product sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field

• Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer preferences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
