Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Data Analyst to be an integral part of our organization. The MIS Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making across the company

**Key Responsibilities:*

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to present findings to key stakeholders.

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in monitoring and optimizing business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Create and maintain data quality standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis.

- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, and data visualization 

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings.

- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

- Knowledge of MIS (Management Information System) principles is a plus.
