Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greeting all the customers and guiding them about Vedobi as a brand and its products.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
- Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Leads Conversion.
- Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that customer has.
- Send required details to customers via e-mails,sms, social media platforms etc.
- Refer unresolved customer’s complaints or requests to designated departments for further investigations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills and writing skills.
- Proven track-record of achieving departmental goals.
- Past experience in a customer care service department.
