- Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance management systems.
- Maintain employee performance records and support evaluation processes.
2. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure compliance with school policies, HR regulations, and legal requirements.
- Support documentation related to HR policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations
- Maintain positive employee relations and assist in resolving staff queries.
- Support HR in handling employee engagement activities.
4. Workforce Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in workforce planning and scheduling of staff.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
5. HR Documentation & Administration
- Create and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Design and update job descriptions for various roles.
- Manage employee leave records and attendance documentation.
