Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, maintaining accurate records, handling client billing, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role also supports management with financial planning and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management
Maintain books of accounts (daily entries, ledger, journal)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor cash flow and manage company expenses
2. Billing & Client Accounts
Generate invoices for clients (bulk orders, job work, etc.)
Follow up on receivables and manage outstanding payments
Handle vendor payments and maintain records
3. Compliance & Statutory Work
Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting and tax laws
Coordinate with auditors and CA
4. Payroll & Salary Processing
Prepare employee salary sheets (Basic, HRA, PF, ESI)
Ensure timely salary disbursement
Maintain employee financial records
5. Costing & Budgeting (Important for Garments)
Prepare product costing sheets (fabric, stitching, printing, etc.)
Monitor production cost vs actual cost
Support pricing decisions for sportswear orders

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, and taxation
Experience in Tally / ERP software
Good knowledge of MS Excel (salary sheets, reports)

Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
3–6 years of experience

Salary Range :
?18,000 – ?20,000/month

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
