Sales And Estimation Engineer

Summary:

• Follow up with client, suppliers and vendors
• Sorting out technical queries from supplier side.
• To make technical points for pre-bid meetings.
• Sending enquiries to suppliers for quotes of HVAC Equipment’s.
• Preparation of the costing sheet of projects.
• Negotiate the prices on tender stage.
• Estimation of equipment quantity by interpretation of Auto cad drawings.
• Heat load calculation as per tender requirement.

Essential Duties:

• Managing Relationship & Coordinating Internally with various departments to ensure efficient delivery.
• Ensure the timely submission of proposals
• Heat Load Calculation according to layout, Basis of design & HVAC Room data Sheet.
• Estimation & Costing of HVAC System, Filling of BOQ given By Consultants.
• Submitting tender with technical bid & Price Bid.
• Evaluation of vender’s technical & Commercial Proposals and making cost comparative statement.
• Heat load calculation for Air Conditioning capacity of the building by survey of plan and its orientation.
• Designing the air distribution system, Chilled water and Condenser water distribution system, Selection of accessories like valves, strainers, etc for the entire system.
• Negotiation meeting with client.
• Preparing the detailed engineering drawing in sales Stage.
• Preparation  of  drawing  includes  mainly  HVAC  duct  layout,  plant  room  drawing including location of Air handling units, Condensing units, Chillers, pumps & piping drawing.
• Coordinating with site engineer, consultant, client & other agencies involve in the projects.

Knowledge of:

• Knowledge of drawing & design 
• Proficient in M.S - Excel, WORD.
• Should understand and read Auto Cad based design.

Education & Experience Required:

• Must Have B.E/Diploma (Mechanical).
